The Trend

June 3, 2009
I have writen this article when I was in college. I found it on my old files.

I was sitting in quietness and loneliness on top of the hill situated in front of CSU one afternoon this Wednesday. In my front I observed students coming in and out of the campus. In my right is a farm tractor and farmers preparing the field for planting. Upon gazing left side, dump tracks, backhoes and workers constructing the new subdivision. Then I heard the noise of combustion engines of motor vehicles in my back passing to and fro along the highway.

Then I realized?this world is so busy. People are too busy doing a lot of things just to cope up with the demands of life, thus traveling in the course of confusion without noticing God stretching His arms to give care; they could not hear His voice whispering His loving comfort. If they would just pause for a while and begin to meditate, then they would have had known and understood how deep God?s compassion is and how wide His forgiveness and mercy.

Finally, I looked at myself?then I told the Lord after few moments,?Lord, forgive me?I?ve gone with the trend??
