Many people have skeptically waited for the falsely predicted Rapture to take place this afternoon, 6PM. News everywhere alarmed some people to some extent, relying on the prediction of Harold Camping, a Christian radio broadcaster.
Camping and his followers claim that around 3% of the world?s population will be raptured this May 21, 2011 at exactly 6PM. This date is derived from a few calculation using Biblical facts.
Their effort in coming up with this date is really admirable, but sadly, a total waste of resources. They could have used these resources for more important pursuits according to God?s priorities.
